Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee and coordinate design-build projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget, while also managing stakeholder relationships and team dynamics.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage project planning, execution, and delivery for design-build projects.
- Develop project scopes, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Create and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
- Ensure adherence to project management methodologies and best practices.
- Conduct regular project meetings to communicate progress, risks, and issues.
- Collaborate with design and construction teams to ensure alignment with project goals.
- Manage project risks and develop mitigation strategies as necessary.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in the design-build sector.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Experience with estimating is a plus.
