Project Manager

Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the specified quality standards while coordinating with various stakeholders, including subcontractors, architects, and retail clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and oversee construction projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
  • Collaborate with architects, subcontractors, and clients to define project requirements and specifications.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • Manage project budgets, including cost estimation and tracking, to ensure financial efficiency.
  • Prepare and present project updates, reports, and documentation to stakeholders and upper management.
  • Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the project lifecycle in a timely manner.
  • Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with subcontractors and suppliers.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in project management within the construction industry.
  • Proven experience in managing commercial construction projects.
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field highly preferred
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and subcontractor management.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
