Project Manager - Mission Control
Position Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to oversee our mission Critical projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the timely and efficient completion of projects, while adhering to the company's standards for quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Manage project resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials
- Oversee project execution, monitoring progress and addressing issues as they arise
- Coordinate with engineering and design teams to ensure project requirements are met
- Communicate regularly with stakeholders to keep them informed of project status and progress
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as local, state, and federal regulations
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues
- Provide leadership and guidance to project team members
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or related field
- 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in industrial, data center, warehouse, or mission critical environments
- Experience managing projects in healthcare, hospitals, commercial, or distribution centers is a plus
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in project management software and tools
- Knowledge of local, state, and federal regulations related to construction and safety
