We are seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee our industrial properties in Dallas. The ideal candidate will ensure the efficient operation and management of the property, maintain tenant satisfaction, and maximize the property's financial performance.

We are seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee our industrial properties in Dallas. The ideal candidate will ensure the efficient operation and management of the property, maintain tenant satisfaction, and maximize the property's financial performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of the industrial properties, including maintenance, leasing, and tenant relations.
- Develop and implement property management strategies to maximize occupancy and revenue.
- Prepare and manage operating budgets, financial reports, and variance reporting for the properties.
- Coordinate tenant lease agreements and renewals, ensuring compliance with all terms and conditions.
- Conduct regular property inspections and oversee maintenance and repair activities to ensure high standards are met.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes for the properties, ensuring timely collections and payments.
- Analyze property performance metrics to provide insights and recommendations for improvements.
- Proven experience as a Property Manager, specifically in industrial properties.
- Strong knowledge of property management principles and practices.
- Familiarity with financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance reporting.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and make informed decisions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with tenants and staff.
- A degree in business administration, finance, real estate, or a related field is preferred.
