Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Real Estate Attorney with experience in either transactional or litigation matters to join our growing team. This role offers a unique opportunity to work on a wide range of real estate issues, including complex commercial transactions and property disputes. The ideal candidate brings practical legal insight, client-first thinking, and a desire to contribute to a collaborative, high-performing environment. This role offers a hybrid work schedule, you can report out of either the Naples or Fort Myers office.

Key Responsibilities:

Transactional Real Estate Work:

• Draft, review, and negotiate purchase and sale agreements, commercial leases, and loan documents

• Conduct survey and title review and assist with due diligence

• Advise clients through all phases of real estate transactions including acquisitions, dispositions, and financing

• Collaborate with lenders, developers, brokers, and title companies

Real Estate Litigation Work:

• Represent clients in real property disputes including contract claims, lease disputes, title issues, and foreclosure actions

• Manage litigation strategy, motion practice, depositions, and court appearances

• Coordinate with clients, experts, and opposing counsel to resolve real estate disputes efficiently and effectively

Qualifications:

• J.D. from an accredited law school and active membership in the state Bar (Florida Bar preferred if hiring in Florida)

• 3+ years of experience in real estate law (either litigation, transactional, or a mix of both)

• Strong drafting, negotiation, and communication skills

• Proven ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines with professionalism

• Desire to work in a collaborative team environment
