Job Title: Litigation Attorney - Real Estate
Location: Los Angeles/South Bay Area
Compensation: $160,000-$200,000 Base Salary with Bonuses, 401k Matching, and excellent comprehensive benefits!
Billable Hours Requirement: 1400

Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Litigation Attorney to join our Real Estate Litigation team and act as a supporting role to our managing partners. This position requires teamwork, collaboration with support staff, and a commitment to maintaining the firm's reputation for excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and draft legal documents and pleadings
- Handle discovery processes
- Conduct thorough legal research
- Attend and conduct depositions, mediations, and trials
- Negotiate settlements for legal disputes
- Represent clients in court proceedings
- Manage administrative and operational functions related to the practice of law
Skills & Requirements:
- Active member of the California Bar and in good standing
- Minimum 5 years of litigation experience, including Plaintiff and Defendant work
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Adobe Acrobat
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to remain composed and efficient in stressful situations
- Self-sufficient and capable of working independently in a professional environment
