About the Role: We're looking to bring on a Senior Mechanical Engineer/ Associate to our HVAC department in our Manhattan office. This role is your chance to lead projects from start to finish, while also playing a key role in staff development, marketing, and business growth strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with the Department Leader to craft project designs, leading your team from inception to completion.
- Serve as the primary contact for clients, ensuring smooth communication and project alignment. - Oversee project documentation, guaranteeing precision and punctuality in all deliverables.
- Be the technical and functional backbone for project outcomes, presenting designs at both internal team meetings and client engagements.
- Keep the project team on track, coordinating updates and managing changes with agility and foresight.
- Handle multiple high-impact projects, from fit-outs and renovations to complex, large-scale endeavors.
Qualifications:
- 4-10+ years of engineering experience.
- A Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
- Expertise in design tools like Revit and AutoCAD.
- Proven project management and leadership abilities.
- Deep knowledge of trade specifics, codes, and coordination with other disciplines.
- Mastery over the documentation journey from Schematic Design (SD) to Construction Documents (CD) and beyond.
