Position Overview: Our Senior Tax Accountant is responsible for providing tax planning services, preparing and filing tax returns, researching tax issues, and offering tax advice to clients. This position requires a high level of knowledge in individual, business, fiduciary, and non-profit tax returns, as well as the ability to perform complex tax research.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and review complex individual, business, fiduciary, and non-profit tax returns.
- Research tax issues and provide advice to clients.
- Provide tax planning services.
- Review and analyze government regulations and legislation.
- Manage client relationships.
Qualifications:
- CPA license (Preferred)
- A minimum of 3+ years of experience in public accounting.
- Strong understanding of tax laws and regulations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Proficiency in tax preparation software.
