Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sr Electrical Engineer to join our innovative team. The ideal candidate will lead the design and development of advanced electrical systems for medical devices, ensuring compliance with industry standards while mentoring junior engineers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and development of electrical systems for new medical devices.
  • Conduct PCB design and layout for various applications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product specifications and requirements.
  • Mentor and coach junior engineers in best practices for electrical engineering and product development.
  • Perform testing and validation of electrical systems to ensure reliability and performance.
  • Implement design for six sigma (DFSS) principles to enhance product quality and efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for electrical designs and processes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical engineering and a focus on medical devices is a huge plus.
  • Strong expertise in PCB design and new product development.
  • Experience mentoring and coaching junior engineering staff is a requirement.
  • Knowledge of both analog and digital circuits is essential.
  • Familiarity with power systems and microcontrollers is a plus.
  • Certification in Six Sigma Green Belt or equivalent is highly desirable.
