This role is responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in commercial and healthcare construction, as well as experience with tenant improvements and park projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all phases of construction from initial planning to completion, ensuring adherence to project schedules and budgets.
- Coordinate and manage subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel to ensure efficient operations on-site.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, enforce safety protocols, and ensure quality control.
- Collaborate with project managers and architects to resolve any project issues or changes in scope.
- Prepare regular progress reports for stakeholders and management, highlighting achievements and addressing challenges.
- Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Lead pre-construction meetings and maintain open lines of communication with all project stakeholders.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in construction management, with a focus on commercial, healthcare, and residential projects.
- Proven experience in managing tenant improvement projects and park constructions.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel frequently and work on multiple project sites as required.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
